Frequently Asked Questions
Attire – Wear comfortable clothing. Layers work well as the body will warm up and cool down.
Mats and Props – The studio has plenty of mats, blankets, straps and pillows to borrow. It is a good idea to invest in your own mat, as this will support your home practice. High quality mats are available in the Turning Point Shop.
Registration and Release Form – A registration and signed release form is required of all students. Returning students are asked to complete the form as we are updating our database.
Class Preparation – Arrive a few minutes early to sign in and settle in. It is best to practice yoga two to three hours after a meal. A light snack before class is O.K. Water is available.
Cell Phones – Please remember to turn off cell phone. If your work (on call) or a situation requires you be reachable do your best not to be disruptive, but please do not skip yoga!
Fees – Ongoing yoga classes can be paid for on a drop in basis or by purchasing a 7 class ticket. 7 class tickets may be purchased at a savings and as a convenience.
